I'm Derrick Pedranti — a Senior Full-Stack & AI Systems Engineer based in Southern California, and a follower of Christ writing about faith, Scripture, and the deeper questions of life.

By profession, I bring over 20 years of experience building production software systems — from enterprise SaaS platforms to AI-powered applications for federal agencies. I've spent the bulk of my career designing the kinds of systems most people never see but depend on every day: secure microservices, real-time data pipelines, and increasingly, intelligent applications powered by large language models. I currently work as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Technical Lead at Accenture Federal Services, where I lead development on multimodal AI and agentic systems.
